Responsibilities

We are looking for a positive, proactive, accountable and detail-oriented individual who has the maturity to work with all levels within the organization and be the initial face of our onsite client. The Talent Acquisition Consultant serves in an administrative support function for the Talent Acquisition Team and manages several aspects of the recruitment process, specifically the front and back end, to ensure a seamless process and experience for the recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities would include managing candidate scheduling
  • Coordinate hiring manager schedules
  • Have awareness that a candidate might qualify (job overlay) for multiple openings but the hiring manager would be different – thus scheduling appropriately to maximize candidate interaction and hiring manager time
  • Facilitate candidate management and care while on interview site
  • Will need to understand job grade levels
  • Work independently
  • Strong decision making skills – create solutions
  • Agile and proactive
  • May need to triage IT issues/computer and set up/coordinate support I-9 verifications
  • Admin support as needed

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

Education Required:
  • 4 year degree and/or equivalent related industry experience 
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2+ years prior experience in a Recruiting or Staffing Operations or Recruiting/Sourcing role.
  • MS-Office 
  • Able to develop rapport with others and work in a team environment
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
