While reporting to a senior member of our client’s executive committee, the Executive Sales Consultant will manage, direct and execute sales plans and initiatives in an assigned target region and/or channel. This position is responsible for achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals, as well as the overall productivity and effectiveness of sales results. This role will be critical in engaging and selling to Employer Groups (public sector/government and private sector), Labor & Union (Health/Welfare Funds), Health Plans, and Brokers and Consultants. Focus will be on developing target clients, building, leveraging and educating on the client’s PBM solutions to improve healthcare economics, experience and adherence.


This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. You will:

  • Develop & maintain relationships with key employers, consultants, brokers, CHRO, Benefits Leaders, Medical Directors and CFO’s
  • Consultatively sell benefits of client’s PBM services and technology
  • Proposal preparation and presentations as well as RFP response development
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and relevant KPI’s
  • Support team sales and collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Healthcare or related MBA preferred
  • 10+ years PBM, Benefits, Managed Markets or Specialty Pharmacy Sales
  • Established relationships with Benefit Consultants, Employers etc. preferred
  • Experience and presence calling on the C-Suite
  • Passion for healthcare and patient experience and adherence
  • Excellent Communication and presentation Skills
  • Consultative Sales and Negotiating skills
  • Documented history of sales success
  • Working autonomously from home office/easy access to air travel
  • 50-60% Travel
