Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. Our client commitment to the discovery and development of new oncology therapies with the life-changing potential of helping patients with cancer. You will be responsible for supporting US Marketing and Sales Team in reaching, selling, motivating and bringing awareness to target audiences within a specific geographical area. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Implement and execute in a compliant manner marketing and sales direction to achieve territory promotional launch objectives
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of aligned targets.
  • Execute client directed outbound calls and email interactions with assigned targets.
  • Work with internal client regulatory and medical affairs and Engagement Center Call Center Manager to efficiently and effectively resolve customer needs
  • Understand and utilize inContact Telephony system and records appropriate information in the SalesForce.com data base in accordance with customer business rules and training

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an encouraging manner, the ideal candidate has: 

  • 4 year college degree
  • Minimum 5+ of pharmaceutical sales experience required
  • 2+ years oncology experience highly preferred 
  • Experience in digital, tele sales or related inside sales experience
  • Computer Proficient including MS office
  • Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
