Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll strategize and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the Managed Markets and Sales teams to gain and maintain appropriate product access and coverage for our client. You will develop and enhance key strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to consistently grow revenue. More specifically you will:

  • Be responsible for maintaining an effective business relationship & ensuring program success
  • Ensure that services & strategic solutions are proposed and delivered effectively 
  • Apply extensive and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare marketplace to guide market access program strategy, design, implementation, and daily operations by providing subject matter expertise
  • Use data and field intelligence to aggregate issues & opportunities and identify program solutions
  • Bridge the gap between client and Syneos Health program operations (analytics, training, program design, and business recommendations/development) to ensure market access program meets the client’s goals

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • 4 year degree from accredited university
  • 3 years minimum experience in: Managed markets, field access & reimbursement, or patient services program experience supporting a specialty product or 1st in class product
  • Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, Understands BI Self Service Tools [Tableau/Microstragies]
  • Experience defining program metrics / team management
  • Experience project management & business planning
  • Strong oral, written, and group communication skills, working with and presenting to Director Level & above associates.
  • Ability to work in US. Ability to travel to client site as needed (San Diego, CA and Seattle, WA)
