• Deliver impactful calls to all relevant stakeholders through selling excellence skills and ability to build trust and relationships with each stakeholder

• Build insight around key customers and hospitals, and build a commercially astute, prioritized and targeted business plan, that demonstrates a tailored, needs based approach

• Demonstrate measurable progress against business plans, in line with policy, using clearly defined KPIs that prove the value returned to the business and delivery against customer needs.

• Build & implement successfully a business plan consisting of:
    o Visit & meetings with key stakeholder
    o Insight into current prescription & account way of working
    o Ensure identification of patients & clear picture of patients potential
    o Ensure identification and visits of key stakeholders in Hospital medical pharmaceutical committee (MPC)
    o Ensure triggering of the scientific studies with HCPs
    o Follow-up & ensure successful identification & treatment of eligible patients
    o Follow-up all issues, questions & remarks from all stakeholders & feedback to marketing team

• Use a multi-channel approach to compellingly communicate the data behind our new therapy approach and articulate the benefits for patients.
• Mobilize internal and external experts through appropriate forums/channels to cascade positive opinion in order to build advocacy amongst other EEs across multiple accounts, in line with our client's new HCP engagement ways of working

• Collaborate with Tender Managers to facilitate the introduction or maintenance of our products in Hospital formularium


Job Requirements

• Degree level, certified healthcare professional or relevant experience
• Significant experience in visiting specialists and management hospital accounts through contact with pharmacist & nurses.
• Preferred experience in discussions with MPC members
• Selling excellence: interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to deliver an impactful and sales oriented call
• Scientific skills: ability to understand, capture and communicate complex scientific ideas in a simple way. Demonstrated ability to analyze and assimilate scientific and sales data
• Preferrable Project Management skills, including the ability to implement, monitor and review projects and expertise and demonstrated skills in account management
• Good understanding of the hospital sales circle
• Valid Driving license
• Fluency in Dutch or French, depending on the assigned territory; fluency in English is a plus
• Proven ability to work across boundaries with highly specialised external experts and senior internal stakeholders and willingness to be a strong member of a high performance team
• Ability to form collaborative relationships and to lead client discussions without authority to serve as primary resource to HCPs due to excellent communication
• Ability to identify priorities as well as to organise his/her activities in accordance to the agreed priorities
• Ability to identify and establish / maintain networks with key opinion leaders and influential members of the medical community

• Ability to take decisions within the set boundaries in correspondence to business objectives
• Ability to take action when required and dealing with the corresponding consequences
