Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment  Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your district
  • Hire, train, develop and coach new and existing sales representatives
  • Develop and implement approved business plans to contribute to overall project success
  • Effectively identify/monitor multiple local market conditions and build strong customer relationships
  • Monitor all field activities to make certain all are within compliance guidelines

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Must have a 4 year college degree
  • Must have 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Must be an accomplished Sales Leader with 3+ years of Oncology Sales Management
  • Specialty pharmacy, payer and state society experience a plus
  • Effective coach, communicator and motivator
  • Ability to be in field with team 4 days per week
  • Documented performance record to include business accountability
