Overview

We are seeking a public relations professional to join the Syneos Health Corporate Practice. The Corporate Practice client roster includes large, small and mid-size companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, payor and health space.

 

Responsibilities

The person in this role would have a key role to play as program manager; they will be the day-to-day strategic counsellor for the client. They will delegate and oversee the implementation and have account administrative responsibilities. They will manage a larger team of senior and junior members.

Job Requirements

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in healthcare PR (corporate communications experience is not required) OR experience doing corporate communications (but doesn’t need to necessarily be in healthcare)
  • Agency background preferred (but open to in-house)
  • In-depth understanding of issues currently affecting the healthcare industry
  • Strength in financial management and program management of client business
  • Knowledge of the media environment
  • Excellent writing skills including PowerPoint and Excel skills (ability to clearly write strategic plans, program tactics, program materials, develop timelines and scopes of work)
