Overview

Chandler Chicco Agency is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day program implementation of client activities, including:
  • Program execution support (e.g., activities tracker / timeline creation and management, program materials development, etc.)
  • Media monitoring and results reporting
  • Weekly / monthly budget tracking and billing, as well as monthly activity report development
  • Organizing regular internal and client touch bases, including agenda / activities tracker development and maintenance, as well as recap development

Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in corporate, portfolio and product communications in the biopharma industry to develop and execute high-profile communications programs
  • Experience supporting multi-channel, disease education campaigns that include website content development, digital and social media content and channel development, advocacy relations and coordination with media strategists
  • Experience supporting data (medical meetings, journal publications, etc.) and regulatory communications (filing acceptances, regulatory approvals, etc.) is preferred
  • Experience in collaborating to execute multi-channel campaign elements (researchers, analysts, strategists, creative team, measurement, etc.)
  • An interest in and understanding of the healthcare communications industry to facilitate the ability to serve as a project manager and lead elements of a multi-faceted campaign
  • Ability to work independently to advance projects, as well as within a purpose-built team to address the unique needs of the business
  • Ability to support team members and facilitate positive working relationships with colleagues within the agency and across the network
  • Ability to support clients in a matrix organization, managing several client contacts within marketing and corporate communications
  • Serve as key member of the account team with oversight of entry level colleagues, working together to execute on plan/budget, material development
  • Ability to multi-task and proven success maintaining high quality work in quick paced environment with multiple client demands
  • Ongoing coordination with client leads to ensure efficiencies are maximized
