Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the District Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Hire, train, develop and coach new sales representatives
  • Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your district
  • Develop and implement approved business plans to contribute to overall project success
  • Effectively identify/monitor multiple local market conditions and build strong customer relationships
  • Monitor all field activities to make certain all are within compliance guidelines

 

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelors Degree Minimum
  • 5-7 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience
  • 2 years of leadership experience (CNS a plus)
  • Advanced analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities and threats to then determine actions to drive business or overcome challenges
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified.
