Together these entities make up the generic and branded U.S. business. Lupin has a significant generic pipeline, and a branded focus on women’s health. Our first Research and Development facility in the U.S. is located in Coral Springs, Florida which focuses on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey is home to one of twelve commercial manufacturing sites globally and is the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, as well as additional Research and Development teams. Syneos Health is currently engaged in a DIRECT HIRE oppertunity with Lupin Pharmaceuticals for their Women's Health Care Sales Professional positions.


This opportunity is a Direct Hire position with Lupin Pharmaceuticals wherein you will have the opportunity to sell a variety of products to OB/GYN's. The selected professional will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will:

  • Develop and executing a strategic business plan for managing the territory.
  • Pre-call plan to identify sales opportunities and meet health care professionals' (HCP) needs.
  • Leverage data and customer knowledge to build product discussions around HCP's and patient's needs.
  • Use the Lupin Selling Model, to influence the HCP decision making process.
  • Achieve 9 target physician calls and 2 or more pharmacy calls per day.
  • Participate in other activities, including sales meetings, speaker programs, and conventions which may occur outside of typical business hours

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • BA/BS degree from a 4 year accredited university is required
  • 1-3 years of highly successful pharma sales experience strongly preferred OR 2-5 years of demonstrated selling success considered (strong B2B profiles to be considered but not the entire slate of candidates)
  • New product launch experience preferred
  • Knowledge of reimbursement and managed care environment
  • Experience selling specialty products with a small pharma company preferred
  • Regional and local travel is expected, up to 50% or more travel
  •  “Start-up” experience is a plus
  • Clean driving record
