Global Commercial Business Technology focuses on delivering healthcare, specifically pharma life sciences, solutions assisting these global organizations and internal businesses in funding, delivery, and solutioning of Contract Commercial services. Our business line focuses on delivery of commercial/marketing solutions for clients across pharmaceuticals, academic medical centers, hospitals, mid/small sized biomed and biotech, and internal business functions. Our commercial solutions are also tied to delivering services across the clinical research landscape as well, offering an end-to-end service for our clients. More Specifically:

An effective Business Analyst/Internal Consultant advises and delivers on strategy with end-to-end digital transformation experience. We work to understand overarching business strategy at a deep level, going far beyond the C-Suite to uncover insights. We develop recommendations and solutions that are sharply focused while taking the full operating model into account, from people and intellectual capital to technology and processes. And when it comes time to put technology to work, we bring a demonstrated depth of knowledge to solution design, selection and implementation.

As a Business Analyst/Internal Consultant you will use the alignment of business and  technology strategy to help clients and internal stakeholders take advantage of our internal offerings delivering against changing market forces and trends. Our group advises, develops and executes effective technology visions, business/investment cases, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Our team drives and directly interfaces with C-Suite and Executive leadership including positioning and delivery of solutions for clients. Our businesses areas of focus include Business Strategy, technology Strategy, Business Transformation, M&A Advisory, Digital Solutions, Enterprise Architecture, and Application Strategy.

Other Responsibilities:

Performs other work-related duties as assigned.  Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).


Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative/analytical background. Graduate degree is a plus
  • 3 - 4 years of healthcare and technology/digital solutions work experience after completing undergraduate degree. Consulting experience is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry, preference in pharma life sciences
  • Outstanding record of academic/professional achievement, with functional knowledge or passion in digital, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, digital strategy, etc.
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Minimal travel – domestic and global
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
  • Preferred
  • Managed delivery of multiple project(s) for clients and/or internal including managing vendor and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated prior experience in managing technology assessments, developing strategic recommendations, and delivery (e.g., business cases, use-cases, requirements, vendor assessments, RFP development, architecture development, etc.)
  • Ability to articulate leading healthcare business issues and trends
  • Works independently and may plan, supervise, or lead the work of others on large projects and work efforts
  • Experience with commercial and marketing within pharma industry
  • Knowledge of Salesforce solutions; Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Veeva CRM
