The Country Lead is responsible for creating and successfully executing a comprehensive country commercial plans, which will secure the short, medium and long-term success of the asset portfolio. An excellent leader with the gravitas to represent Syneos Health as the face of the company in the assigned geography.

Reporting to the GM Selling Solutions France, the Country Manager will be an accomplished leader with excellent communication skills in both local language and English. He/She will be the lead face of Syneos Health and its client, managing the day-to-day requirements of the project.

Main focus

  • �Define and implement the sales strategy according to the objectives of the company.
  • To lead and coordinate the sales team within the framework of the regulation.


Job Requirements

  • Define and plan operational sales objectives (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Implement and monitor the promotional strategy (budget monitoring...).
  • Lead and motivate the sales team.
  • Support and follow the professional development of the sales team.
  • Propose an optimal structure of the sales team.
  • Lead, coordinate and set the objectives for the sales team.
  • Define and follow the regional action plans (accompanied visits, administrative follow-up, budget...).
  • Analyze the impact of campaigns based on field feedback.
  • Manage the allocation of resources (human, financial, materials, deadlines, etc.) according to the results of the strategy.
  • Evaluate sales results.
  • Propose systems and keys for distributing variable pay.
  • Check the consistency in the application of the product promotion/communication plan.
  • Control the expenses of the sales team.
  • Design tools for monitoring activity and sales analysis (performance...).
  • Manage human resources within its scope (recruitment, evaluation, training ...).
  • Represent the company and participate in conferences or product launches.
  • Professional relationship with institutional and medical partners, opinion leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with the regulation by all delegates.
