Responsibilities

Kick off your career in the pharmaceutical industry with Syneos Health. In this position, you will be provided training, and learn from multiple top talented field managers and mentors as you move across multiple territories engaging customers within the region in an effort to educate health care providers on newly launched product lines while learning the nuances of new markets. This role provides the opportunity to demonstrate your professionalism, resilience, and motivation to learn and grow. This is a chance to prove yourself: we believe in advancement and opportunity based upon performance!

The selected professional will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team and must have flexibility to travel and manage various assigned territories as required within the region, to support our client's ongoing coverage business needs.  You will also:

  • Grow prescription volume and pharmacy service utilization with specialty providers in the given territory.
  • Partner with assigned territory healthcare providers to provide education regarding the features and benefits of our prescription women's healthcare products. Explain the characteristics, uses, dosages, and effects of promoted products and services, communicate other relevant educational information as directed by management in order to grow market share.
  • Utilize a consultative selling style to leverage business programs and selling tools with key accounts.
  • Effectively manage a territory call plan with varying customer reach and frequency requirements.

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance, and a desire to learn and grow, the ideal candidate has:

  • Flexibility to work and temporarily live in various territories across the region
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a life sciences or related field
  • Highly committed, competitive and goal-driven professional track record of success in achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and execute innovative approaches to selling product and services
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified
