Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Selling Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver.  This pharmaceutical company is specialized in the field of nuclear medicine to diagnose and treat serious conditions in the fields of Oncology, Neurology, Cardiology, Infectious and Inflammatory Diseases. The selected professional will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to: 

  • Provide critical support promoting the product(s) in the assigned territory responding to day-to-day sales and strategy direction related to product promotion activities.
  • Analyze local market, develop, execute and monitor performance and results to maximize the appropriate use of the product in defined territory.
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
  • Build trust and credibility and become a true collaborator in commercial success working cross functionally with various business units.
  • Effectively and persuasively communicate using advance selling and negotiation skills, relevant information to identified target audiences

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree, ideally in a life sciences field
  • 5+ years Life Sciences sales experience
  • 1+ years selling oncology supportive care products OR selling specialty pharmacy experience promoting oncology products is required
  • 1+ years of Oncology sales experience preferred
  • Institutional account management experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of success
