Overview

We are seeking a seasoned public relations professional with at least 15 years of experience.  This person will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of business.  On this business the expectation is that this person will identify and secure organic growth opportunities.  He or she will also create an environment that motivates and empowers the whole team to work towards client objectives.

 

 

Responsibilities

This person will be heavily involved in new business activities, which includes having warm prospects, being able to run point on a pitch, develop an engaging story and have the confidence and skills to sell in the point of view in the room during the pitch.

 

At B2 – we put a premium on stellar client service.  At the senior level, this person would expected to identify opportunities to provide this top-notch service beyond the initial scope.

 

Lastly, this  person will have a heavy hand in helping to reinforce our culture and ensuring that we as an agency are set up for growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience  in a professional environment within the public relations and/or communications industries (required)
  • Has a good strong relationships to prospect
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment (required)
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, internal staff and third-parties (required)
  • Must have stellar presentation skills
  • Individual should be a self-starter/self-motivator (required)
