Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Selling Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver.  Our client is a pharmaceutical company specialized in the field of nuclear medicine to diagnose and treat serious conditions in the field of Oncology, Neurology, Cardiology, Infectious and Inflammatory Disease. You will lead, coach and manage Sales Representatives within a specific geographical area. You will have the opportunity to: 

  • Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your region
  • Hire, train, develop and coach new and existing sales representatives
  • Develop and implement approved business plans to contribute to overall project success
  • Effectively identify/monitor multiple local market conditions and build strong customer relationships
  • Monitor all field activities to make certain all are within compliance guidelines

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an encouraging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Degree Preferred
  • 10+ Years Pharmaceutical or related sales experience
  • 2+ Years District / Regional management experience
  • 1+ Years in Oncology, Supportive Care Oncology or Related Specialty Pharmacy with Radio Pharmaceuticals preferred
  • History of sales leadership success
  • Exemplary coaching and development
  • Strong analytical experience is preferred
