Overview

    • We are seeking a public relations professional to join Biosector 2. This job presents the opportunity to work on accounts in aesthetics and mental health/psychiatry

     

    Account Overview:  

    • Merz North America is a specialty healthcare company with a focus on aesthetics and neurosciences. The company has a robust injectable aesthetics portfolio including Xeomin, Radiesse as well as devices, Ultherapy and Cellfina and skincare products, such as Neocutis We serve as their agency of record across aesthetics, neurosciences and corporate
      • This role would be specific to aesthetics with a focus on one of the brands
    • Psychiatry business includes work across franchise (branded and unbranded communications, internal communications, social media) and advocacy communications/engagement

Responsibilities

    • For aesthetics business, opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team on activities such as local market influencer events, high profile celebrity/influencer product awareness campaign and influencer activation, campaign content development, award submissions and potential data communications support
    • Priority focus for psychiatry franchise business will be supporting advocacy activities and unbranded/disease awareness activities, including the development of internal and external communications for a variety of audiences (e.g., employees, advocates, general public)
    • Regularly engage with client and the marketing teams and collaborate with partnering agencies
    • Manage timelines, calendars and overall account support (e.g., budgets, monthly billing, action plans)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience  in a professional environment within the public relations and/or communications industries (required)
  • Excellent project/time management, strong attention to detail and logistics skills
  • Clear/concise communication (written and oral)
  • Comfort with managing budgets (or learning how to)
  • Open to learning new skillsets and jumping in with an “I can do this attitude”
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment (required)
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, internal staff and third-parties (required)
