We are looking for a talented

Commercial Country Lead – Neurology

Responsibilities

The Country Lead is responsible for creating and successfully executing a comprehensive country commercial launch plan, which will secure the short, medium and long-term success of a cutting edge orphan drug. The Country Lead will be responsible for managing the country P&L as well as be the country lead role for market access. An excellent leader with the gravitas

to represent Syneos as the face of the company in the assigned geography.

Your Responsibilities

•Launch leadership (goal setting, country strategic plan, team motivation and objectives) to country team.

•Develop and execute Country commercial strategic launch plans in close collaboration with the country medical lead.

•Responsible for country P&L and providing recommendations on how to adapt resources and sales forecasts as needed.

•Lead Country market access activities and engage with key market access stakeholders for the implementation of market access initiatives.

•Manage the Country KAM team and evaluates the country KPI’s on a monthly basis including the delivery of both field and project activities.


  

Job Requirements

• An excellent leader with the gravitas

to represent Syneos as the face of the company in the assigned geography.

• A self-starter, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front

• Experience of leading market access stakeholders activities.

• An outstanding communicator with proven leadership experience in a 1st line management role

• Experience building and driving high performance secondary care teams with proven sales success

• An exceptional coach

Experience launching pharma and/or biotech brands in the secondary care environment

• Experience creating the country launch blueprint for an EU Sales team.
