Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will provide critical direction developing, training and providing the ongoing leadership and sales management to the sales representatives in the field. Provide inspirational leadership and direction to achieve performance objectives. Contributing to the revenue and profit goals within the assigned district by insuring specific goals are met. Achieve sales objectives for Region through leadership of sales representatives, expert knowledge of disease state and competitors.

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • BA/BS degree, Advanced Degree Preferred
  • 7+ Years Pharmaceutical or related sales exp.
  • 3+ Years district management experience
  • 2+ Years recent Allergy/Respiratory market experience preferred
  • Product launch experience preferred
  • Documented history of leadership success
  • Exemplary coaching and development
