Responsibilities

Client-Centric
• Develops solid working relationships with client at the product manager level as well as the various functional areas within the client company and the primary vendors with the potential to serve as the primary client contact and manage execution of various projects
• Attends appropriate client meetings, market research, conferences, and sales training, providing follow-up documentation to client, and reporting back appropriately to the team

Team-Centric
• Assist the agency team in all aspects of project development and ensure delivery of high-quality creative work product consistent with Navicor standards and that is aligned with client expectations
• Manages promotional initiatives to ensure delivery of "great work" to client
• Participates in the development of client strategy and brand, including assisting in the development of strategic and tactical plans
• Represents the agency's point of view, handles objections in a professional manner and manages disagreements with the client in a diplomatic way to ensure win/win solutions for both client and agency
• Orient new jobs, participate in convergence brief and project brief execution, secure assigned estimates, track job status and facilitate team status meetings
• Participate in routing, to ensure the client's goals are met and drive projects along timelines
• Identifies tactical opportunities that are consistent with the strategic objectives
• Provide tactical execution and support to team and client on a day-to-day basis
• Develop therapeutic area knowledge and stay current with client’s product, market, and industry

Agency-Centric
• Financial responsibilities include: weekly financial reviews, monthly financial reviews, and accruals
• Demonstrates leadership abilities through involvement in agency initiatives
• Participate in new business sourcing and pitches as applicable
• Work with Resource department to develop and assemble chronologies, update job status reports, revised estimates, and discuss resource allocations, etc.

Job Requirements

• BA/BS
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience in oncology, immunology, and/or hematology highly preferred
• Experience in successfully managing a team, working with an agency, and leading multiple projects
• Strategic thinking and agility
• Clear understanding and facilitator of pharmaceutical marketing processes/ procedures, advertising agency processes and philosophies, client-agency relationship, brand planning, etc.
• Motivated self-starter that works well in team environments
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
