For our pan-European project supporting the launch of an orphan disease product, we are currently - in collaboration with our client - recruiting for a Commercial Manager Germany (m/f)

The Commercial Manager will develop and implement national projects with the key stakeholder (eg. congresses, national meetings and initiatives) and decision makers in order to support the whole team in their effort to maximize product access. In addition he/she works closely together with the Country Lead and provides further insights, planning and implementing local strategies and materials, leading localization process and contributes to regional market access strategy and activities.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Planning, coordination and implementing of all strategic and operational measures in close cooperation with medical and sales and in line with central guidance from Synoes Health
  • Support KAM/MSL team with implementation of national projects (e.g. stand alone, congresses, national initiatives)
  • Coordinate and develop supply with (local) material
  • Represent Germany in our client working groups (e.g. material, digital,…) and thereby input into EU strategies
  • Represent our client at national and international events and congresses, when needed, and create a positive image of the company with relevant customer groups. Support the country lead with data analysis
  • Responsible for  allocated budget to individual projects
  • Implementation of EU material (e.g. translation, localization)
  • Ensure compliant and legally approved local material and projects
  • Collect and report pharmacovigilance information according to internal SOPs
  • Obey data protection law according clients and Syneos Health policy and follow the SOPs and compliance standard
      

Job Requirements

 

  • 5-10 years Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical commercial and sales experience
  • University Life Science degree preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of successful product revenue launch and/or growth
  • Proven ability to plan and implement national projects
  • Strong preference for one or more of following:
    • Promotion experience in the Orphan Area
    • Promotion experience in the Neurology
    • Promotion experience in Epilepsy
  • Knowledge of regional market access environment and experience to work with local MA stakeholders desired
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in an interdependent, team-oriented environment on a consistent basis
  • Ability to gain consistent access & develop strong, professional relationships for scientific exchange and promotion with healthcare providers in community and academic centers
  • Effective country language verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in English
  • Microsoft Office experience essential (Outlook, Power point, Word, Excel) and Reporting CRM Tools
  • Knowledge and understanding of country pharmaceutical regulations and laws
  • Ability to travel within territory on a regular basis which will include frequent overnight and weekend travel
