ResponsibilitiesThe Tele Reimbursement Manager [TRM] is responsible for leading and managing activities of a Tele Reimbursement Specialists team with a national footprint and operating hours. The TRM will be a key driver of tele-reimbursement program development with the goal of supporting access to a self-injectable in the Cardiovascular Therapeutic area. The TRM will be responsible to support the development and pull-through of the strategic plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders, including the client. Responsibilities will include supporting program design/SOP management, metric development and tracking, training content, and performance management of the team.
