We will also consider entry level candidates that have an IT or Project Management related degree with some work experience.  

Job Summary: This role will serve as the project management consultant for all of Global Commercial Recruiting systems.  In this role you will provide strategic and tactical leadership to successfully implement technology and service projects for the Talent Acquisition Team. Drives key projects to include project scoping, business requirements, project plan creation, status reporting, issue and risk management, testing, training, and deployment. Must be able to prioritize and manage across multiple projects. 

Primary responsibility - Coordinate Business Requirements Gathering Meetings  and then schedule meetings with stakeholders, capture follow up items and documentation of what accomplished outstanding, timeline etc. 


  • Analyzing business requirements and defining, implementing and documenting
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership to fully maximize, enhance and leverage recruiting technologies
  • Coordinate between appropriate individuals to accomplish project essential tasks and deliverables.
  • Provide proactive management of project and leverage/share best practices whenever possible.
  • Prioritize and set expectations on activities / responsibilities with project business lead. This may include bringing them up to speed on capabilities/limitations so they can make informed decisions.
  • Generate periodic updates to keep team apprised of status. Assist project business lead in preparing formal presentations to include collating data. These updates could be verbal, or either standard/ad-hoc requests.  This includes careful review of reports to ensure comprehensive and accurate information.
  • Assist project business lead in managing the project’s budget. This includes monitoring invoices, monthly monitoring of budget, verify receipt and payments, coordinate monitoring of contractual SLA’s and fees associated with performance of SLA’s, if applicable.
  • Constant communication with key individuals about the status of issues/resolutions and deliverables.

Job Requirements


  • BS Degree required

Experience and Skills

Must be well organized, strong attention to detail and ideally with experience in some type of project coordination work.

  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment/staffing operations and project management
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities and refined analytical skills
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail
  • Experience with Peoplefluent ATS or other ATS (Applicant Tracking System) preferred
  • Global CRM tool management
  • Recruiting process knowledge is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Proven analytical problem solver
  • Proven ability to adjust work schedule as appropriate to accommodate time-sensitive requests
  • Proven ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
