Looking for a dynamic, go-getter with 2-3 years’ experience to join our growing consumer health and wellness practice working across both brand and corporate projects for high-profile clients in the nutrition, beauty and babycare industries.


  • Perform day-to-day account work which may include: drafting a wide range of written materials, coordinating events, maintaining client and media contacts, managing projects performed with and by others and supervising more junior staff.

  • Draft credible and compelling content including client memos, news releases, case histories, bylines, backgrounders, op-ed pieces, social media posts, brochures and collateral materials.

  • Plan and execute events such as press conference, media briefings, analyst meetings, media tours, third party advocacy, influencer engagements, etc.

  • Participate in brainstorms and support program planning.

  • Conduct internal and external research and prepare in-depth analyses.

  • Contribute to presentations using internal or external resources.

  • Balance work load and tasks, communicating effectively with team members to reliably implement assignments on budget and on deadline.

  • Manage billing and activity reporting processes for optimum productivity and maximum billability.

  • Excellent oral and written  communications skills

  • Able to handle a wide variety of tasks with a high degree of independence and sound judgment

  • Flexible working across both large and small teams

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; experience leading projects from start to finish

  • Strong ability to move projects forward in order to achieve client and team goals

  • Efficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong ability to build presentations

  • Experience  working on consumer-oriented healthcare accounts

  • Experience in nutrition/health and/or sustainability a plus

  • Experience and comfort in working with science and data a plus

  • Has sound working knowledge of graphics, production and printing, video and broadcast, IT and emerging media

  • Exemplifies solid teamwork capabilities while beginning to build supervisory skills

  • Understands billing and activity reporting processesKeeps a pulse on the latest social, consumer and health marketing trends
