The core task of the Syneos Health Selling Solutions RAM is to fill assigned openings, whether they are self-acquired - Vacancy Management (VM) or Direct to Headcount (DtH) - or assigned projects to work on.The role will also work in the capacity of business development, seeking out new opportunities and promoting our value propositions.

The Syneos Health Selling Solutions RAM is responsible for developing and realizing business opportunities in VM and DtH with the assigned target group. This includes relationship and network building to relevant customer stakeholders, creating offers and negotiating on conditions within the defined guidelines, ensuring SYNH Selling Solutions’ recognition in case of upcoming service opportunities.

At the same level of importance, the RAM develops and maintains a network of qualified candidates for commercial candidates – for all openings and projects in the RAM’s assigned geography/ area of responsibility.

The RAM works with both internal Syeos project line managers and external client hiring managers to identify open positions, agree on candidate profiles, and source interview and select high-quality candidates to fill assigned open positions within the established timelines.

The RAM maintains long-term positive candidate and customer relationships to enhance Syeos Recruitment Services market position and business opportunities.

Recruitment Account Manager - Primary responsibilities

Executes VM and DtH business development strategy.
Partners with Selling Solutions’ Business Development and Operations.
Develop/Execute Recruiting Strategy for each open position.
Supports the creation of the Selling Solution employer communication strategy, recruitment tools, and its operational realization.
Proactively Manage/Coach Candidate Relationships.
Achieve performance goals
Identify Contingency/Direct Recruiting or retained search opportunities.
Submit assigned activity and project tracking reports.
Participate in approved industry and corporate meetings, as applicable.
Provides local market intelligence and benchmarks
Conducts and/ or contributes to recruitment related projects in Europe/ global.

VM and DtH Business Development

Proactive contacting of assigned target companies
Coordination of business development activities with local BD
Presenting SYNH’s VM and DtH services to customers
Negotiation of pricing and project scope within the set priorities and boundaries of his/ her assignment and in collaboration with line manager.
Preparation of ready to sign contracts with customersEnsure documentation in CRM (e.g.

Candidate Sourcing

Personally source candidates through Syneos ’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM (Candidate Relationship Management System) job boards, print ads, etc…
Promote the candidate referral program
Attend job fairs, open houses, and campus recruitment
Attend product and/or company Launch meetings
Maintain Professional Memberships

Candidate Screening

Coordinate efforts of assigned researcher
Personally screen candidates as necessary
Update candidate records in ATS

Candidate Interviewing Selection

Interview all qualified candidates according to SYNH policy
Plan, coordinate and conduct assessment centers in the assigned region
Manage candidate progress through hiring process
Primary Recruiting contact with all qualified candidates in region
Manage Referrals
Utilize Additional Resources Appropriately
Work contract negotiations and preparation due PAF
Candidate care up to offer has been accepted and candidate is handled over to HR/ project

Manage Customer Relationships

Written and oral communications with Field Managers, Project Managers, and internal staff
Manage hiring process from initial screen through offer
Identify/Maintain New Business Opportunities




Job Requirements

Required skills and experience

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume in-house or agency recruiting
Very good computer skills, particularly MS Office products
Must have the ability to travel including staying abroad for up to two weeks
Prior experience in social media recruitment
Good command of English and – if not UK based - one of the following languages: French, German, Italian and / or Spanish
Familiar with behavioral, competency based interviewing

Familiarity with local employment market (communication strategy, comp&ben expectations, notice periods, etc.)
Prior sales are recruiting, or Pharma/Biotech/Clinical /Medical Recruiting experience is preferred.

to varying customer needs.
