The primary purpose of this role is to support the account team on the day-to-day running of the client account. This will include timing plans, estimates, budget control and assisting the trafficking of work through the creative, digital and medical services departments which will enable us to provide you with a solid grounding in servicing our clients’ needs.
Client Services Management
•Reinforce thorough knowledge of tactical & administrative processes
•Build understanding of client/agency relationships & service
•Build understanding of the execution of marketing & promotional plans
•Establish good working relationships with allocated clients
Product/Task Leadership and Accountability
•Build a reputation for effective & reliable delivery of multiple high-quality projects
•Keep track of deadlines
•Keep track of finances within individual projects
•Establish knowledge of the agency’s business operations, shared services, and other divisions
•Develop deeper knowledge of budgeting and invoicing process
•Manage client’s internal regulatory review process
•Continue building knowledge of advertising and brand plans
•Continue developing understanding of the overall healthcare industry
•Understanding how/when to identify & flag issues
•Provide team support as required, working with a positive & “can-do” attitude
•Exhibit enthusiasm & a willingness to learn internal disciplines
•Share information and ideas with others to enable them to accomplish team goals
•Continue to be a proactive team player
•Ensure project success by involving appropriate experts
•At least 2 years of agency experience
•A sound understanding of the role of advertising within the marketing mix
•An understanding of the brands you are allocated to and the market environment
•Good organisational and administration skills
•Strong communications skills
•Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
•The ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelines
•An understanding of the difference between marketing and advertising strategy
•An understanding of what a creative brief is and how to judge an advertising idea against it
•Strong attention to detail and good proofreading skills
•Solution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate
