This opportunity is with our Selling Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry. Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry.  This is an internal temporary position that will be based at our client in Malvern, PA (contract is for 6 months to one year)
More specifically responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide sales training team with logistical and administrative support
  • Maintain and update as needed department training calendar
  • Monitor field vacancies/hiring with recruiting/HR to enroll/assign new hires for the appropriate LMS modules
  • LMS activities include:
    • Ensuring all modules are loaded into the system and aligned to representative type
    • Pulling regular reports for monitoring of representative progress
    • Creating exams and publishing in the system
    • Creation of users groups and assigning individuals
    • Creating and posting training surveys for classes, field interventions and other training events
  • Supporting SOW process and monitoring training department budget
  • Maintains tracking of assets entering into the MARC system with generation of weekly reports tracking submission/process metrics
  • Monitor and maintain a list of all training assets including management of expiry process
  • Responsible for loading and maintaining materials on a department learning portal to be developed in addition to uploading and managing Playbook assignments for classes and NSM
  • Responsible for all logistics and coordination of new hire and training meetings including:
  • Air/Ground transportation and lodging
  • Scheduling room blocks and coordination with facilities
  • Creating and ensuring name badges, tent cards, materials, and signage is printed and available for classes
  • Scheduling meals, snacks and graduation dinner as needed for classes
  • Other ad-hoc duties as needed to meet business needs

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:


  • 2 year college degree; 4 year highly preferred


  • Minimum of two years of related experience supporting Sales Training Department within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with LMS systems - loading modules, pulling reports, assigning courses etc.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)  with the ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and exhibit excellent follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; possesses can-do attitude
  • Must be willing to commit to long term temporary position (up to 1 year)
