The Navicor Group is looking for an experienced and personable temporary receptionist to assist with front desk and administrative responsibilities. Candidate must be available to work on-site, 8:00 - 5:00 from Monday through Friday. Advertising agency experience is preferred.
Hourly pay will be $15. Description of Duties
General and Daily Responsibilities
Responsible for providing administrative support as needed though a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:
• Answering phone calls & relaying messages. Receive all guests, clients, candidates, etc.
• Complete all FedEx/UPS package shipping requests
• Sign for deliveries and notify recipients
• Sort and distribute mail
• Order office supplies on monthly basis, keep an inventory
• Coordination of catering for meetings
• Miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
• Keep conference rooms tidy, stock refrigerator, water plantsMinimum Requirements
• 0-1 years of administrative/receptionist experience
• College education/degree preferred
• Communication Skills: communicates clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles - very important
• Able to handle confidential information
• Interpersonal Savvy: is easy to approach, pleasant and gracious - very important. Relates well to all levels of employees within the organization as well as outside the company. Builds constructive and effective relationships, uses diplomacy and tack.
