In this Freelance Copy Supervisor role, you will support a range of digital and print initiatives across the market access landscape. Working closely with account, strategy, creative, and medical partners, you will develop compelling content that helps communicate value, access, reimbursement, and patient support solutions to key stakeholders. You will:

• Develop clear, accurate, and engaging copy across a variety of market access deliverables and channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create content for payer, provider, patient, employer, and specialty pharmacy audiences
• Demonstrate an understanding of market access, reimbursement, affordability, and patient support communications
• Apply strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills to both tactical and strategic assignments
• Ensure content aligns with brand strategy, medical review requirements, and regulatory standards

Essential Requirements: 

• 4-6 years' experience in advertising industry
• 2+ years' pharmaceutical copywriting experience
• 2+ years of Market Access experience

 Desired Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in advertising, communications, or journalism, and/or coursework related to pharmaceutical advertising or life sciences
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of a strategically driven creative process
• Basic understanding of digital communications and media channels

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $85 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
