Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our Deployment Solutions team in daily administrative activities, internal and external communications, and data entry. Bring your organizational and innovative insights to the broader team to identify areas of improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day business administrative needs across multiple projects.
  • Maintain and manage team relationships to proactively support upcoming priorities.
  • Provide educational support on project specific administrative tools.
  • Liaises internally and externally with project set up requirements including recruitment and HRSS for hires and contracts, Operations for onboarding including all IT and mobile equipment, fleet for cars, and finance for business expenses credit cards.
  • Supports any training requirements for the DS Field deployed organizations such as scheduling, checking attendance, and following up outstanding training of SOPs.
  • Offer educational support to field organizations regarding project-specific administration and company tools, in coordination with project leads.
  • Facilitate training needs, including scheduling and tracking attendance for standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

  • Business admin degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Basic knowledge of Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Remote Interactions.
  • Skilled in CRM data entry.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Preferably experienced in a business admin role within a matrixed, international organization.
  • Experience in a CSO environment is advantageous.
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
  • Planning and organizational proficiency.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication expertise.
  • Robust skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and a sense of ownership.
  • Proficient in delivering presentations and adapting to evolving business requirements.
