Description

The Client Solutions Analyst is the engine that keeps our Client Solutions team running at full speed. Working closely with the VP of Client Solutions and collaborating across the broader team, you’ll transform industry intelligence into actionable insights, keep our operational reporting sharp and on time, and ensure our internal communications and collateral are polished and impactful. You’ll also help set the stage for success by facilitating key onboarding processes.

This role calls for a detail-obsessed, forward-thinking organizer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows the US pharmaceutical and biotech landscape inside and out. Key Responsibilities

  • Daily review of industry emails to identify key industry insights.
  • Cross-reference findings with internal reports and document sources.
  • Maintain and update key reports.
  • Develop and maintain key resources to support potential bids including: contact databases, company briefs, and other relevant documents to the Management & Leadership, Division VPs, and Business Development team members.
  • Support any and all TSP staff and consultants to achieve business development goals and support the business development activities of the organization and parent company, Syneos Health.
  • Provide operational and content organizational support to business unit leaders and Project Directors for ongoing client programs on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to understand breadth of collateral and content repositories for sales enablement.
  • Work flexibly across all TSP teams and projects where/when required.
  • Generate customer activity reports via Power BI and cross-reference with TSP customer lists.

Team Support & Onboarding

  • Provide research and data support for RFIs, RFPs, and capabilities presentations.
  • Utilize and maintain the reports and therapeutic area summaries for strategic insights.
  • Maintain the key business trackers for all BD support activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding for key new hires.

  • Project Management: Manages multiple recurring deliverables with precision and timeliness.
  • Communication: Effectively coordinates across teams and communicates updates clearly.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understands pharma/biotech terminology, regulatory milestones, and market dynamics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, PPT, Canva, and Excel.
  • Initiative & Ownership: Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes ownership of tasks.
  • Collaboration: Works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic goals.
