Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale call center programs. This role requires a strong background in project management, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in balancing multiple priorities while leading diverse teams. Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable but not essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple call center projects from initiation to completion.
  • Translate client requirements into clear deliverables, workflows, and timelines.
  • Monitor progress through status reports, project dashboards, and task tracking, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate across internal departments to align resources and support successful project delivery.

Client Interaction

  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining strong client communication.
  • Capture and translate client feedback into actionable project improvements.
  • Support proposal generation and scoping activities to contribute to new project wins.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and streamlining workflows.
  • Oversee vendor and third-party relationships related to project delivery.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor project representatives and team members, providing coaching and development support.
  • Drive accountability and performance across the project team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in project management in call center or customer engagement operations
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Excellent English language skills (min. C1), any other European language is a plus – German preferred
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
