The LMS Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of the SumTotal and Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role ensures system stability, data integrity, compliance reporting, and user experience across the Commercial part of the business. This role collaborates effectively with peers and stakeholders (Business, Compliance, L&D, and others) to support the full learning lifecycle, including eLearning and instructor-led training (ILT) campaigns, automated course assignments, dashboards, and custom reporting.

Key Responsibilities: 
LMS Administration -
  • Administration and support of the Enterprise Learning Management System. This includes management of training content (PDF, SCORM, ILT, Certifications, Assessment, Curriculum, Training Plan, Dashboards), course assignment, audience/group management, data loads, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of LMS architecture, workflows, and configuration.
  • Experience with SSO (SAML, OAuth), API integrations, and data feeds. Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS integrations including data mapping, imports/exports, and automation workflows
  • LMS migration experience is required.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and stakeholders to understand, guide, and implement their unique needs including learning pathways, certifications, and development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain custom dashboards and various kinds of reports on all LMS functionality. Proficiency in SQL, LMS Custom reports, and SCORM/AICC standards is required
  • Advanced skills in extracting, validating, and presenting data to support internal/external; audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting
ServiceNow Level 2 Support - 
  • Provide 1:1 end-user support, training, and guidance on LMS navigation and troubleshooting courses.
  • Address escalated tickets from L1 support involving configuration, integration, and user access issues.
  • Direct experience with ServiceNow for ITSM processes (incident, problem, change).
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met for support operations.
Process Improvement & Governance Implementation -
  • Recommend and roll out operational improvements that reduce risk, improve data reliability, and increase platform efficiency
  • Write and refine shared resources, Job Aids, and Support documentation for global initiatives to enable consistent execution across the team
  • Define and improve support processes and escalation workflows 
Leadership and Collaboration –
  • Work on clean up, maintenance and process improvement projects to improve the LMS to meet business needs and enhance user experience
  • Analyze data to identify engagement trends, skill gaps, and program effectiveness.
  • Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills 
Content Creation –
  • Design and develop interactive learning assets (e.g., eLearning modules, Assessments, Job aids, microlearning).
  • Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles in content creation.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in LMS administration, on SumTotal LMS, Cornerstone on Demand, Workday Learn. LMS Migration experience is required.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail, results oriented, initiative-taking, teamwork, adaptable to change, excellent work ethic and customer service skills are required skills
  • Very Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to the business
  • Demonstrate knowledge of industry with a functional understanding of training development, eLearning standards like SCORM 
  • Expert level working with Microsoft Office, LMS Applications (SumTotal, Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday), Articulate and Service Now. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree and additional IT or LMS related certifications preferred.
