The Recruiting Associate will be responsible for supporting the recruiters leading strategy and execution for full life-cycle recruitment of assigned roles for our Commercial business unit. This role will coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers.

The Recruiting Associate is responsible for supporting the full life-cycle recruitment managed by the recruiters, including: 

• Source candidates using our internal database, portfolio sites, social networking sites, job boards, campus events, etc.
• Identify resources, tools and opportunities to increase brand awareness amongst qualified job seekers, improve the candidate experience and increase diversity of the candidate pool
• Proactively build pipelines of diverse talent related to current openings and potential new business initiative
• Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events
• Maintains candidate data and workflow in applicant tracking system; provides weekly updates and reports to Recruiters
• Scheduling interviews 

 Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting
• Must have experience within agency, staffing industry or related industry (could be internships)
• Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
• Sound understanding and use of applicant tracking technologies
• Advanced level of English language (strong fluent level)
