As a trainee in communication under the guidance of an experienced Account Director, you'll embark on a journey through the intricacies of health communication, focusing on B2B strategies within the pharmaceutical industry.

Your Role:

As an integral member of our communications team, you will provide comprehensive support in the logistical planning and execution of scientific meetings for pharmaceutical clients. This includes responsibilities such as set-up, coordination, and onsite assistance in front of the client. Additionally, you will assist in the development of communication materials tailored for healthcare professionals and patients. To facilitate your contributions, you will participate in strategic discussions and have access to the communication objectives of each relevant brand

 Missions:

• Event Logistics Support: Assist the Account Director in coordinating the delivery of a programme comprising multiple scientific meetings, ensuring meticulous attention to logistics and effective onsite client support for successful and impactful events.
• Communication Materials Production: Support the creation of communication materials for pharmaceutical industry clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and key messaging.
• Internal Engagement: Engage actively in internal account discussions to gain valuable insights into communication strategy planning and implementation.

Competencies to Acquire:

• Health Communication Insight: Develop expertise in B2B health communication, with a focus on understanding the distinct challenges and opportunities present within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Client Communication Strategies: Take an active role in fulfilling the communication needs of pharmaceutical clients and learn to navigate their unique environments and objectives.
• Practical Communication Skills: Apply your acquired knowledge in practical settings to enhance your capability in developing and executing effective communication strategies.

Skills:

• Passionate about communication and the healthcare sector.
• Eager to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective team player with the ability to also work independently.
• Current enrollment in a Communications, Marketing, or related degree program.
• French-native speaker
