In this role, you will join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting, where you will help make life science R&D organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality, and pharmacovigilance. In particular, you will help organizations during times of change, whether driven by a shift in operating model, strategy, processes, technology, or a combination of these. You will:

• Work with senior customer stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, operations, and expectations
• Develop customer proposals demonstrating a clear understanding of needs, objectives, approach, solution, and commercial construct
• Develop engagement strategies and plans and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables
• Develop content to support business development opportunities with prospective customers
• Actively build customer networks through social media, seminars, conferences, and referrals

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business
• Experience in consulting management within life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting, or an equivalent industry role
• Experience with methods and tools for eliciting, documenting, and managing epics, use cases, user requirements, and user stories
• Experience facilitating user workshops to elicit and document requirements, including scope and expectation management
• Experience using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO) to capture, groom, and manage backlogs
• Experience creating UAT scripts and supporting users during execution
• Regulatory Operations knowledge, including processes and applications used in tracking (RIMS), composite document creation, publishing, and submissions management
• Regulatory Intelligence knowledge, including processes and applications used for capture, curation, dissemination, and use of regulatory intelligence at trial and submission levels
