Description

We’re looking for a highly experienced Creative Resource Lead to step in on a freelance basis and manage creative resourcing across our European Communications business. You’ll ensure the right people are on the right projects - balancing skills, availability, and budgets - while driving smooth day-to-day delivery and proactive forward planning.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead creative resourcing across EU business units
  • Match resource to project needs and manage weekly scheduling
  • Drive team utilisation, capacity planning and resolve booking conflicts
  • Partner with Project Managers, Creative Directors & Client Services
  • Plan long-term needs and identify freelance gaps
  • Use tools like Paprika and Wrike to manage bookings
  • Monitor utilisation and support revenue forecasts

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in creative resource/traffic management
  • Proven ability to manage resource across multiple teams and disciplines (concept, digital, video, print)
  • Confident communicator and problem-solver
  • Familiar with creative ops tools (Paprika, Wrike)
  • Healthcare agency experience a plus
