We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to help lead QA efforts across our digital projects. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, extensive experience with manual and automated testing, is able to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, and feels comfortable talking with and working with multiple domains

Key Responsibilities:

• Review all digital projects for functionality and useability - acting as the final gatekeeper for all quality issues.
• Creates and maintains schedules for testing and records all of the known issues (bug testing/tracking) for digital projects. Ensures all issues are acknowledged and addressed by relevant personnel.
• Assumes responsibility for prioritizing projects and managing workloads of QC personnel.
• Looks for ways to improve quality assurance process, reduces errors, and facilitates communication between teams.
• Develops, documents, and executes comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing web applications.
• Leads QA activities across the full SDLC, including planning, requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborates with developers, product managers, designers, account, and other QA team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Identifies, logs, tracks, and communicates bugs using JIRA
• Drives the integration of QA processes into CI/CD pipelines and Agile development cycles.
• Performs cross-browser, responsive, performance, accessibility, and usability testing.
• Mentors junior QA analysts and contributes to the evolution of QA best practices, processes, and tools.
• Ensures compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Feels comfortable training new company members on the overall Digital QC process and answers any questions/helps with reviews at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience testing web-based projects, including websites, emails, banner ads, touchscreens, and mobile applications
• Knowledge of performance and accessibility testing tools.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, triage, coordinate across teams, and communicate (written & verbal) to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Screaming frog, Litmus).
• Project Management experience
• Experience with JIRA
