Description
The Sales Representative will be dedicated to our client in Romania and are responsible for maximising the promotion of the company's products in the territory assigned to them, both in the short and long term, by actively promoting customer products and marketing policies – in accordance with applicable regulations, policies standard of operation and any other applicable internal rules and guidelines– to healthcare professionals qualified to prescribe or dispense medicines.
The role requires the individual to develop partnership with Gynaecologists across target Hospitals in the assigned region. The Sales Representative will be responsible for their local business plan that delivers the sales to achieve agreed objectives. The Sales Representative will be able to intelligently identify the appropriate engagement channel for the HCPs.
The Sales Representative is responsible for the optimum use of available time and budget to achieve these goals (which are established in accordance with the performance management company program).
The Sales Representative must possess solid scientific knowledge and has professional training to be proficient in providing accurate and complete information about the products being promoted.
