Description

The Scheduling Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and executing training assignments for our clients through the Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM) platform. This individual ensures timely, cost-effective scheduling and coordination of Clinical Educators, while maintaining high standards of communication, reporting, and administrative accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process all incoming assignment requests.
  • Secure necessary approvals for non-standard requests and travel.
  • Assign Clinical Educators based on location, availability, volume, and experience.
  • Track and manage field team availability, including temporary changes.
  • Ensure all assignments are completed within established guidelines.
  • Conduct post-assignment quality control reviews.
  • Review and approve expense reports.
  • Generate utilization reports for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Train field team members on project-specific scheduling tool procedures.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to identify process improvements and address coverage gaps.
  • Participate in special reporting and projects as needed.
  • Adhere to all Syneos and client training and professional development standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Technically adept and adaptable to new tools and systems.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or nursing industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with scheduling or workforce management software is a plus.
