Role Overview:

You inspire creativity. With keen aesthetic judgment and a strategic mindset, you effortlessly generate innovative ideas and solutions for clients. Your dedication to delivering high-quality, impactful campaigns makes you the perfect fit for this Senior Art Director role.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Brand Ownership: Lead and develop brand concepts in partnership with copywriters.
• Creative Leadership: Continuously propose new ideas and collaborate with creative, account services, production, and extended teams.
• Mentorship: Guide and support fellow art directors, acting as a hands-on art director.
• Client Engagement: Present and sell ideas internally and to clients.
• Art Direction: Empower Studio Designers, photographers, illustrators, and external collaborators to help execute creative vision.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends in branding, design, advertising, as well as innovation.

 Requirements: 

• 3+ years of advertising agency experience.
• Healthcare advertising experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite programs.
• Conceptual Creativity: Ability to think abstractly and generate innovative ideas.
• Must submit portfolio that shows conceptual ability as well as strong design aesthetic.
