Description

Responsibilities:

• Executing global Syneos Health employer branding strategies to attract and retain talent through high-quality, authentic storytelling
• Copywriting, creating visual design concepts and executions, and editing videos for recruitment marketing campaigns
• Social media editorial calendar management, content creation, and engagement analysis
• Implementing organic and paid advertising campaigns
• Ensuring employer brand consistency across digital and social properties  
• Designing and managing quarterly Commercial Employee Referral Program email campaign communications
• Overseeing creation and distribution of all communications for the Talent Network
• Liaising with Global Corporate Communications and Marketing to adhere to corporate brand standards and collaborate on Awareness Day campaigns
• Managing vendor relationships for designated partners
• Evaluating ROI for social media channels, paid advertising campaigns, careers site traffic, email campaigns, text campaigns, job boards
• Staying abreast of Employment Branding/Recruitment Marketing trends

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ recruitment marketing experience. Recruitment advertising agency or RPO experience a plus
• Experience with CRMs highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, smartsheet, forms, etc.)  
• Working knowledge of content management systems for website site development
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to deliver time-sensitive projects
• Effectively develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationship and external media partnerships
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in matrix environment and a part of global team
