In this role, you will join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting, where you will help make life science R&D organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. In particular, you will help organizations in times of change, whether that is driven by a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology or a combination of these. You will:

  • Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations and expectations
  • Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects
  • Develop engagement strategies and plans and present findings and recommendations to team members
  • Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables to ensure that content is in accordance with the customer’s business objectives and expectations
  • Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
  • Actively build networks of customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business
  • Experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry or equivalent industry role
  • Experience working with one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
  • Engagement management experience
  • Strong presentation and business development skills

Desired Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in life sciences or business
  • Experience in Regulatory Processes and Technology, Registration Information Management (RIM) and the implementation/business implications of RIM Suites (e.g., Veeva Vault)
  • Experience with the organizational impact of other significant regulations (e.g., IDMP, EU CTR)
