We are looking for someone to focus on elevating the work within our public relations business sleeve. Type of work may include disease awareness, medical education, digital & social, branding, event planning, and content production services. You will work within a flexible and collaborative team that connect across disciplines to deliver integrated omni-channel communication strategies to accelerate brand performance.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining the creative vision for all assigned brands. You will lead a creative team and manage the day-to-day workload while mentoring and developing art directors(s), writer(s), and designer(s) within your team.
 
Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following:
·      Demonstrates ownership of the PR space by proactively coming up with new ideas
·      Collaborates with creative, account services, production, and extended team members
·      Act as a strategic partner who helps clients successfully talk to and with their audience
·      Acts as a hands-on Creative Director
·      Presents and sells ideas internally and to clients
·      Create and execute special events designed for public outreach and media relations
·      Anticipate, analyze, and interpret public opinion, attitudes and issues that might impact, for good or bad, the operations and plans of assigned organizations
·      Provides direction to and empowers photographers, illustrators, content producers, and other collaborators, such as broadcast producers and directors
·      Keeps up to date with trends in branding, marketing, advertising, and related communications industries
·      Oversees the ownership of visual brand mandatories and consistencies

Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ healthcare advertising experience preferably in healthcare
  • 2+ years in a senior management capacity, lead role
  • Client-facing experience mandatory
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic and tactical experience with acute attention to detail 
  • Conceptual Creativity: Ability to think in abstract terms; can make connections between unrelated notions; can formulate innovative ideas where others cannot; seen as value-added in brainstorming sessions
  • Providing Direction: Can establish clear directions based on objectives; distributes the workload appropriately based on skill sets and talents; communicates well with others on the progress of work and results
  • A comprehensive knowledge with the ability to direct motion graphics, video, social, and web
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
 The annual base salary for this position ranges from $150k to $165k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
