Position Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Training Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining training documentation to support Technology Training programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a passion for creating clear and effective learning materials that improve engagement and knowledge retention for our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, write, and edit training materials, manuals, guides, and job aids to support Technology Training programs.
• Collaborate with Trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to gather and synthesize information for training documentation.
• Update and prepare training materials for clients. Amend and revise materials as necessary, in order to adapt to changes that occur.
• Support training efforts, handles related tasks as assigned.
• Create visually engaging and easy to understand content, such as quick reference guides and trainer ppts to enhance learning experiences.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in with all training materials, following established brand guidelines and documentation standards.
• Organize and maintain training documentation, ensuring materials are easily accessible, up to date, and aligned with current team's guidelines.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of training content to reflect technology changes, new procedures, and best practices.
• Support feedback processes by gathering input from learners and trainers to improve documentation and training effectiveness.
• Facilitate occasional training sessions when needed.
Qualifications:
Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:
• Associate's or BA/BS degree (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to write and communicate effectively in English to support global teams.
• Experience with documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word), Adobe Acrobat, and Snagit.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong oral/written communication skills (both English and Spanish).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to rapidly changing technologies and priorities.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and experience in creating user centered training materials.
• Aptitude towards usage of automated systems (learning management, expense reporting, travel administration, etc.
