Responsibilities 

  • Leads day-to-day project execution across accounts independently, leveraging behavioral science, data, and predictive storytelling via SYNH resources that support audience profile development and faster identification of brand and experience-based strategies to support breakthrough creative ideas with agility 
  • Develops and facilitates of workshops, working sessions, and brainstorms partnering with the SVP/VP Brand Strategy to deliver impactful and fun workshop experiences (e.g., Customer Journey, Customer Experience Design, GSW-X, Positioning, Value Prop, and Messaging Maps)
  • Design, conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies in collaboration with internal and external research partners
  • Active contributor to the development of our strategic work including customer journey mapping, core positioning, brand character, and messaging strategy
  • Develops strong partnerships with teams across agency disciplines — working in partnership with account management, project management and creative teams throughout the strategic development process

 

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience

 

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $75-$90, but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
