Description

The REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies) Account Director is responsible for providing ongoing client support, consultative support, and recommendations to clients and internal Engagement Center colleagues to align business requirements with Engagement Center services, system capabilities, and account management responsibilities. The Account Director supports all aspects of ongoing client operational programs, including interacting with Syneos Health internal functional teams as it relates to discovery, analysis, design, and operational management activities needed to support client ongoing business needs, continuous improvement initiatives, and existing client expansion/ evolution projects.

  • Manage all client relationships on assigned accounts (adapting to client style, SOPs, and needs as required)
  • Manage individual accounts/projects
  • Strategize solutions to implement work plans that meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper resourcing for work plans
  • Communicate with key individuals about the status of issues/resolutions and deliverables
  • Develop all materials prior to client distribution
  • Prioritize and set expectations on activities/responsibilities with the project business lead by communicating capabilities/limitations to facilitate informed decisions
  • Assist project business lead in preparing formal presentations to include collating data 
  • Liaison with Human Resources for personnel actions as needed
  • Accountable and responsible for all budgeting, invoicing, and forecast management

 You are a great fit if you have...

  • BA/BS degree minimum
  • 5+ years of experience of working in a client-facing account management role in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
  • 5+ years of contact center experience across both REMS and patient inbound/outbound programs
  • 5+ years direct management oversight of account management team
