In this role, your primary focus will be to provide technical leadership on the best approach to craft and execute analytics projects that span the business questions of clients within all the consulting verticals. You will work with some of the industries sharpest minds and serve as a lead for data analytics within Consulting. You will:

• Work with assigned project teams to communicate, address, troubleshoot and resolve complex data related questions and recommends potential solutions; escalates issues which potentially impact quality of result
• Coordinate cross functional data cleaning activities to ensure quality standards and timelines are met for data deliverables
• Design and drive the development of analytical tools, utilizes analytical platform/dashboard to detect potentially unreliable data that may impact the validity of consulting insights
• Actively promote new consulting data science business opportunities
• Train and mentor new or junior team members

Essential Requirements:

• Experienced with data analysis/data review, including but not limited to Python, R, Spotfire, SAS
• Expert in real world data, publicly available healthcare data—MEPs, HCUP, NHANEs, ACS, healthcare reference data—ICD, CPT, SNOWMED, LOINC, HCPCS, NPI, and claims and EHR standard tables and data cleaning
• Demonstrated staff leadership skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational, presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills with diverse cultures
• Ability to negotiate and provide constructive feedback

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
