In this role, you will effectively manage projects and customer support for fast-paced, exciting pharmaceutical accounts. You will be working with smart, engaged customers who appreciate attention to detail, collaboration, and quick thinking. You will:

• The person in this role will help maintain the day-to-day tactical execution one or more products in a thriving vaccine portfolio
• Work will include (but not be limited to) celebrity, influencer and patient engagement, disease awareness (unbranded) and branded communications, media relations and PR events. This person should understand the consumer influencer space, including contracts, vetting and management
• The person in this role will maintain day to day contact with clients; proactively offer and successfully implement new ideas and solutions to meet client needs and drive projects forward
• Importantly, there is a lot of opportunity within a rapidly expanding agency to learn multiple skills and take on new responsibilities to quickly advance their career

Essential Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in healthcare communications
• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or a related field
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun and supportive) environment

Desired Requirements:

• Interest in influencer and media relations
• Strong project management skills, including team delegation, timeline and budget tracking, quality control and logistics planning, attention to detail
• Ability to juggle/prioritize multiple priorities

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
