Can you see the big picture and the details? You have the potential to excel in this dynamic Account Director level role with Chandler Chicco Agency. You will:

  • Support development and execution of broad communications strategy for opportunities with high level pharmaceutical client in the vaccine space.
  • Robust, cross-functional project management ensuring timely delivery of flawless materials and counsel to support (but not be limited to) celebrity, influencer and patient engagement, disease awareness (unbranded) and branded communications, media relations and PR events. Should have deep understanding and experience in the consumer celebrity/influencer space from an execution and strategic point of view.
  • Write and review communications materials such as influencer and celebrity concepts/script/social posts, influencer and celebrity contracts and guidelines, press releases, backgrounders, key messages, internal communications/leadership notes
  • Review and oversee development of timelines, calendars, action plans, runs of show, agendas, call notes and overall account support materials

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years of experience in preferably in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry, and a bachelor's degree
  • Client relations expertise and familiarity with branded and unbranded pharmaceutical product and disease awareness communications and influencer celebrity partnerships in the pharmaceutical space is required
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment

  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and third-parties
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong communicator, writer and strategist, the ideal candidate will be a high energy, collaborative individual who can manage teams while also rolling up their sleeves to work directly with clients to solve problems and implement programs
  • Individual should be a self-starter and self-motivator

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $140,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
